Terms & Conditions

1. 25% deposit to confirm the booking, with the balance payable in full 30 days before arrival, plus an excess cleaning/ damage deposit of £50, refundable after the holiday provided the property is left in good order.
2. Once the booking is confirmed, you will be responsible for the balance of the cost of the holiday.
3. In the event of cancellation by you, the balance of the rental becomes payable. Monies received will be refunded to you, less any expenses incurred by us, if we are able to re-let the accommodation. You are strongly advised to make arrangements for your own cancellation insurance.
4. All prices are per week for the maximum number of guests shown.
5. Lettings are from 3:30pm on the day of arrival and the property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
6. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Failing this, we reserve the right to apply an excess cleaning charge (see 1 above).
7. All damage and breakages must be reported immediately. We reserve the right to charge for damage or breakage other than that arising from fair wear and tear (see 1 above).
8. All cars parked on the premises are at your own risk.
9. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance or admittance or to terminate the visit of any person whose conduct is unacceptable or likely to cause a nuisance to others.
10. We, our representatives or agents, shall not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury whatsoever to any property or person which you or any other person may suffer or sustain whilst using the property and its grounds.
11. We, our representatives or agents, shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience whatsoever in the event that your booked accommodation becomes unavailable. In this event any monies you have paid will be refunded to you.
